What should I do in a crisis?
If you are having thoughts of harming yourself or others, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. Other options include:
- Contacting the Suicide and Crisis Hotline by dialing ‘988’ from your phone.
- Visiting a walk-in mental health center.
- Calling your mental health professional, if you have one.
