UAB’s physical therapy doctoral program initially brought me to Alabama. During the program, I had an opportunity to work with researchers at Spain Rehab and immediately was drawn to its environment and culture. I was always interested in this setting, and my passion for it has only grown since coming on board as a physical therapist. I am grateful to have a system of support from my co-workers that encourages and empowers me to progress in my profession.
