For the convenience of our patients, UAB Sports & Exercise Medicine and UAB Orthopaedic Services now allow patients to schedule their own appointments online with many providers. This includes appointments at UAB Hospital-Highlands, UAB Medicine Gardendale Specialty Care, and UAB Sports and Exercise Medicine at St. Vincent’s 119.
UAB Medicine is the first medical center in the state to offer online scheduling for orthopaedic and sports medicine services, and new patients do not need a referral to make an appointment. Those who prefer to schedule an appointment over the telephone may do so by calling 205-930-8339.
